Step 4: Gather three cheese types of your choice, and make sure they are unwrapped before preparation.

Step 5: If not already presliced, finely slice each cheese with a knife into rectangular pieces on top of a cutting board until you have cut approximately 3 ounces of each type.

Step 6: Lay all sliced cheese onto the left half of the board organized according to its type; in neat rows adjacent to each other.

Step 7: Collect 5 ounces of your meat of choice- feel free to use several types that add up to 5 ounces.

Step 8: Ensure that the meat is unpackaged and finely sliced using a knife and cutting board if not already.

Step 9: To the right of your cheeses, place all of your meat in the same neat and organized row fashion.
